- 5️⃣ Add the Rice:Spread cold rice on the griddle. Drizzle with a bit of soy sauce and sesame oil.Use your spatulas to chop and mix, breaking up any clumps.Combine rice with chicken, veggies, and eggs until evenly mixed.Taste and adjust with soy sauce, salt, or pepper as needed.
