Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic (or ½ tsp garlic powder)
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar (optional, for depth)

Method
 

  1. Pour olive oil into a shallow serving dish.
  2. Sprinkle garlic, basil, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper evenly over the oil.
  3. Add Parmesan cheese on top.
  4. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar if using.
  5. Let sit for 5–10 minutes to allow flavors to infuse.
  6. Serve with warm crusty bread, focaccia, or breadsticks.
